Rice University's Crisis Management Team has closed the campus for Wednesday, Jan. 17, including all classes for the Glascock School. Please check emergency.rice.edu for any further changes in the university’s schedule.
This course will focus on building the foundation of higher level and critical thinking skills necessary for student success in both the AP Language and Composition and AP Literature and Composition courses typically taken the last two years of high school.
Practical classroom strategies will include close reading, analysis, writing, discussion and planning. The goal is that each teacher leaves the institute with ready to use lessons for the upcoming school year.
