Mike Carpenter, FP&A, joined Cimpress as the vice president of Corporate FP&A in July 2016. In this role, Mr. Carpenter leads a team responsible for all aspects of corporate FP&A, SG&A functional support and is also heavily involved in driving Cimpress’ strategic planning and capital allocation process. Prior to Cimpress, Mr. Carpenter held various finance and business development roles for Lake Region Medical, PAREXEL International, EMD Millipore, the Tampa Bay Rays and Yum! Brands. Mike graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. In 2015, he obtained his FP&A professional certification.
Rashid Maqsood, FP&A, CTP, is vice president of treasury at Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. He has been with Rexel Canada since 1992. His responsibilities include overseeing the banking operations, maintaining relationships with banks, securitization financing, credit management and collections, accounts payable management, acquisitions analysis, risk and insurance management, taxation function and pension fund management. Previous to that, Mr. Maqsood was the treasurer at Via Rail Canada, from 1988 to 1991. He also was the director financial planning and analysis at VIA from 1981 to 1988. Before that he was director FP&A at Canada Ports Corporation a Federal Crown Corporation based out of Ottawa from 1979 to 1981. Mr. Maqsood is a graduate of McGill University and earned an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of the Certified Professional Accountant Society (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
