Kim Scates is passionate about how teams can work better together. She has 20 years of experience in professional sales for leading media conglomerates, and she is the founder of the Libra Project, a multi-day workshop providing a platform for college students to engage around issues of identity, equity, and inclusion. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Texas Christian University with a minor in women's studies.
