You will look at the implications of the learner profile as an expression of the philosophy of the IB and its contribution to the development of international mindedness. You will review the standards and practices that are crucial in preparation for school verification. The workshop will present an overview of the written, taught and assessed curriculum as it pertains to concepts, knowledge, skills, attitudes and action—the five essential elements of the PYP that are integral to classroom practice.
