The nine-hour FP&A Exam Refresher course is designed for students who are familiar with the concepts in the fundamentals class. If you have gone through the AFP Learning System on your own and want a refresher before the exam, then the FP&A Exam Refresher is right for you. This is not an extensive FP&A exam preparation course.
The FP&A Exam Refresher class includes case studies with content focusing on constructing financial statements, developing and interpreting financial ratios, running and interpreting a regression analysis, calculating a price-volume-mix analysis (advanced), calculating a probability adjusted NPV, learning intermediate and advanced excel functions/tools (ex. Goal Seek and Optimization) and discussing the strategic side of investments and looking beyond NPV and IRR.
