We are excited to announce that our new Continuing Studies building will be named the
D. Kent and Linda C. Anderson and Robert L. and Jean T. Clarke Center in appreciation of a major gift to Rice’s Centennial Campaign.
We are now even closer to our $24 million fundraising goal to create a new home for the Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. The Anderson-Clarke Center will empower even more Houstonians and lifelong learners from around the world to build brighter futures. To learn more about their connection to the Rice community, read the Rice News press release, “Rice University to name new Continuing Studies building for Anderson and Clarke families.”
Designed in Rice’s characteristic style, yet with a contemporary turn, the three-story, 51,000-square-foot facility will include a commons area and terrace for events, 24 classrooms, conference rooms, a language center and a large freestanding auditorium. Visit gscs.rice.edu/building to learn more.
We are just $3.3 million away from our goal of breaking ground on this new space. To add your support, contact Director of Development Iska G. Wire.
