Rice University’s Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies is offering five innovative, reduced-cost workshops as part of a Back to Work initiative.
Like the rest of the nation, the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in staggering unemployment numbers in the Houston area. According to reports from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, unemployment in the Houston area has risen to 14.2 percent. Recent national reports, however, do indicate an uptick in employment opportunities. To prepare individuals for re-entering the workforce, Rice University’s Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies is offering five innovative, reduced-cost workshops as part of a Back to Work initiative. The Back to Work initiative consists of five workshops, and each workshop is two hours in length with a cost of only $25 per workshop or you can bundle your registration of all five courses for $100.
