The minor in teaching provides Rice undergraduate students the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the education profession, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the classroom or on policy. Students will engage in hands-on experiences, including classroom observations and internships, that foster experiential learning and direct application of academic theory.
